  34. SHOUT MESSAGES ARE HEARD BY (NEARLY) EVERYONE ON FIBS. DON‚ÄôT ABUSE THIS COMMAND, OR PEOPLE WILL GET MAD!

  36. You can only SHOUT when connected to FIBS. I suppose you could SHOUT to yourself, but that would be a pretty sick thing to do, don‚Äôt you think?
